This comprehensive online portal helps schools and communities access accurate, up-to-date, evidence-based alcohol and other drug education prevention programs and resources.
Headspace
Headspace is a superb mental health support resource for young people seeking tools, coaching, and therapy to help them get through tough times and find joy.
Counselling Online
This free, confidential, 24/7 service allows you to communicate with a professional counsellor about an alcohol or drug-related concern using text chat. Available to all Australians seeking help for themselves or a family member, relative or friend.
Alcohol and Drug Information Service
The ADIS is a free, confidential, 24/7 counselling helpline for NSW residents with concerns about alcohol or drug misuse. Its professional counsellors provide education, information, counselling, support, and referrals to other appropriate NSW services.
Alcohol and Drug Foundation
The ADF website provides state and territory directories of places where you can find information and services to assist with alcohol and other drug-related issues. Its brilliant Path2Help portal helps you find the service best suited to your needs.

Check your Internet connection
A stable and relatively quick Internet connection provides the best user experience. Our website may not work reliably on very low speed or erratic Internet connections.
Install the right web browser
Our tech team built the website using Web Standards, ensuring it works across modern browsers, including:

Check your email for login details
Some schools have filters that prevent emails from our website from getting through. If you haven’t received your login details, ask your IT staff to ‘White List’ emails from the @ourfuturesinstitute.org.au and @ourfutures.education domains.
If students forget their login details, they’ll need to receive emails from our website to reset their account passwords.
